Where are Truett Designs products made?

All Truett Designs products are sustainably printed and handcrafted in England by skilled artisans using thoughtfully sourced materials and exceptional attention to detail.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Each wallpaper, fabric, pillow, bedding piece, and home accessory is made to order specifically for you.

What is your lead time?

Most made-to-order items ship within approximately 10–14 business days. Velvet throws, duvet covers and shams typically have a lead time of about 3 weeks. Fabric and wallpaper memo samples usually ship within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. We highly recommend ordering samples to experience the color, texture, and scale of our fabrics and wallpapers in your space before placing a larger order.

Do you work with interior designers and trade professionals?

Absolutely. We love partnering with interior designers, retailers, and creative professionals. Trade accounts include access to designer resources, samples, and customization options.

Can fabrics and wallpaper be customized?

In many cases, yes. We offer select customization options including scale adjustments and color modifications for trade partners and qualifying projects.

What types of wallpaper do you offer?

Our wallpaper collections are available in a variety of finishes, including matte paper and faux grasscloth, depending on the design.

Are your pillow covers removable?

Yes. All of our luxury pillows feature removable, machine washable covers with premium feather inserts included.

Are your textiles suitable for upholstery?

Yes. Many of our fabrics are suitable for upholstery, drapery, bedding, and decorative accents. We recommend reviewing fabric specifications or ordering samples prior to use.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Will wallpaper and fabric colors appear exactly the same in person?

Color can vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, substrate, and printing material. Ordering samples is the best way to accurately view colors and textures in your space.
